Sign Up

  1. Super admins are invited to sign up their accounts through email.
  2. Check your email for the sign up link. Fill in the required fields then click “Sign Up”.
  3. After signing up successfully, another email is sent. Check your email for the log in link.

Sign In

  1. Open the log in link from the email.
  2. Fill in your email and password, then click “Log In”.

Forgot Password

  1. Click “Forgot Password”
  2. Fill in your email address registered with Elder Care+
  3. A reset password link is sent through email
  4. Check your email for the link, then click “Submit”
